About Retail E-learning:
E-learning is a highly effective tool for ensuring that a disbursed workforce has the retail training that they require in order to meet your camoany's needs while maintaining a disciplined budget. Depending on the requirements of the client, RTS can deliver e-learning for as little as $15 per student per year. Retail E-learning can also be used as an adjunct to ongoing instructor-led programs or you can purchase our retail courses individually through our training store.
RTS retail e-learning content is designed to meet the Client’s training goals while trying to give the learner control over the pace and direction of their training experience. Based on budget and planned training outcomes many e-learning modules will include:
- The use of characters – either static or animated - to create engagement with the user
- Downloadable job aids, reference materials, worksheets, etc. that allow the learner to practice and reinforce their skills
- Interactive activities that get the learner using more of their senses
- Branching scenarios that gives the learner control over their experience while practicing skills
- Text and graphics that enhance the experience for students whose learning style is text-based
- Video and animated segments that help visual learners get involved through fast-paced and exciting “you-tube” style learning
- Voice-over for students who learn best through auditory methods
- Quizzes and testing to measure and ensure learning has taken place
- Surveys and email notifications to promote two-way learning and action planning
RTS has the ability to deliver retail training that can be hosted on virtually any learning management or content delivery system using standard formats such as SCORM 1.2, SCORM 2004, and AICC. Modules can also be delivered on CD-ROM or web platforms
